We are non-smoking in the main house, The Dorm studio and the grounds.
Please note that we operate a minimum 2 nights stay policy at weekends, in peak season.
We also offer single night stays or a full week Monday-Friday ‘Working Week’ stay for business guests. However, breakfasts would be a delicious continental basket served to your door before 8.00am for you to eat at your leisure, or alternative arrangements can be made upon request. Please understand this is because myself and my husband both work in the week too in other employments!
As we are limited to just 2 guests in The Dorm, we only take guests over the age of 16.
We ask that you remove outer footwear when inside the studio to help maintain cleanliness. Use the wooden box provided to help keep dust and dirt to a minimum.

DEPOSITS
A deposit of half the balance is required to guarantee a reservation of your stay.
Seven day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund.
Please note we are a small business and rely on advance bookings so cancellations have a significant impact on us. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. We strongly advise you have travel insurance to cover you if you need to cancel.
How to pay your deposit and balance:
We cannot accept debit cards/credit cards so either a cheque can be sent to Old School House, Ellenhall, Stafford, ST216JQ, or electronic transfer of funds for payment of the deposit and balance. This information will be emailed to you once you contact us on oldschoolhouseellenhall@gmail.com.

Check in and departure times
Check in is between 16.00pm and 19.00pm and we ask guests to vacate their rooms before 10.30am on the day of departure.
