We are non-smoking in the main house, The Dorm studio and the grounds.
In the working week we offer room over single night stays or a full week Monday-Friday ‘Working Week’ stay for business guests. Please understand this is because myself and my husband both work in the week too in other employments!
As there is only one studio room for two, we can only take guests over the age of 16.
We do not accept dogs in The Dorm.
We ask that you remove outer footwear when inside the studio to help maintain cleanliness. Please place your shoes in the wooden box provided by the door.
PRICES
A week end two night stay is £200. This can be either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. A full breakfast of your choice is served to the dining table in your room at the time you select.
Single night stays are at a standard rate of £100 (£120 through booking.com due to commission). Breakfast is a luxury continental basket served to your door for you to have at your leisure. Lower cost self-catering options are available upon request (Keep it Simple package of £75 without the ordered breakfast basket (complimentary cereals and milk are available).
SPECIAL OFFER!
Our ‘Romantic Weekend Away’ package would include a two night stay either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Arrive to a candle lit room, fresh flowers, luxury bed linen and a bottle of Prosecco. Dressing gowns will be in your room for added luxury and take advantage of a late checkout at Midday. The cost of this package is £250. One night romantic packages for two are £120.

DEPOSITS
A deposit equal to 50% of the value of your stay) is required to guarantee a reservation. Seven day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Please note we are a small business and rely on advance bookings so cancellations have a significant impact on us. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. We strongly advise you have travel insurance to cover you if you need to cancel.
How to pay your deposit and balance:
We cannot accept debit cards/credit cards so either a cheque can be sent to Old School House, Ellenhall, Stafford, ST216JQ, or an electronic transfer of funds for payment of the deposit. The balance can be paid by cash/cheque. If electronic transfer is to be used for the balance, this must be done prior to your stay. Check in and departure times
Check in is between 16.30pm and 19.00pm and we ask guests to vacate their rooms before 10.30am on the day of departure.
